During the online bidding phase the seller reserves the right to accept any bid or offer at any time.
at the conclusion of online bidding a live auction will be held on the premises at 20 Ridgelawn Rd, Unit B. The high online bid will registered as the opening bid at the live sale. Bidding can be advanced at the live sale. TRAC will make efforts to contact the high online bidder -- and only the high online bidder -- to allow said bidder to challenge any higher bid.
The property will be open for inspection by appointment by calling the auctioneer's office.
